Great write up, totally agree. I stay hi protien and try to eat healthy, using supplements. I just never considered all combinations. Thanks for the Blog bro.

Thanks for the tips for us over 40 guys. I've had less time to do cardio, and even though I eat pretty good, found I was carrying a few extra pounds around. Appreciated your succinct tips, I'll change my salad dressing, avoid carbs+fat, and eat more salads. Question, what are all the vitamins for? You didn't really explain their role. ~M
